Digital Services
The services offered (web design, development, SEO, consulting, and similar) are digital and executed in stages. For this reason, refunds depend on project progress.
Refunds
If the project has not yet started, you can request a refund of the payment (minus processing costs if applicable). If the project has already started, a partial refund proportional to the work not yet executed may be possible.
Phase-based Payments
When the service is paid in phases or advances, each phase is considered an independent deliverable. Once a phase has begun, the corresponding amount for that phase may not be refundable.
Cancellations and Changes
If you decide to cancel, we can close the project with the material developed to date and agree on the corresponding value. Scope changes may require a price and schedule adjustment.
